1. Passport
2.  1 Visa Forms  has to be signed in Blue ink only
3. 2 recent colour photos
4. Typed covering letter on Company’s letterhead with company profile,in addition to the above company letter Original Personal covering Letter mentioning the address ,contact no and signature of the pax, travel dates & the reason for what purpose he is going for also if wife is accompanying her husband and will be using his credit card the same has to be mentioned in the letter
5. Foreign exchange USD 1000 each pax or Credit Card copy front and back.

For business visa:

9. Typed Covering  letter on company's letterhead with company profile
10. Original Personal covering Letter mentioning  address ,contact no and signature of the pax 
11. Travel dates & the reason for what purpose he is going 
12. Copy of Invitation Letter along with the ID Copy of the person who signs the Invitation Letter, to us and one directly to the Consulate
13. Proper covering letter from Indian Company and return confirm ticket.
